One of my favorite things about the week before New Years Eve is sifting through the "Best Of" lists from the previous year. You know the ones... "Best songs of 2013", "Best celebrity moments of 2013", the list of lists goes on and on. To take you into the weekend (and courtesy of my awesome co-worker) here is the ever important "Best News Bloopers of 2013" highlight reel...
